Nukes are a form of Internet Chat Relay (IRC) Warfare, that are mostly used by adolecents to have what they consider fun on the net. They travel through your computers ports. Nukes can do anything from kick you off the net, cause a lag in your chatting, or even completely mess up your hard drive. By law, under Title 18 United States Code, using nukes is considered a crime and a person can recieve up to $4,000 in fines and 2 years in prison.
